ExCYT הוא MATLAB מבוסס גרפי וממשקי משתמש (GUI) המאפשר למשתמשים לנתח את הנתונים cytometry זרימה שלהם דרך כלל המועסקים בשיטות אנליטיות עבור נתונים גבוהה-ממדי כולל הפחתת dimensionality באמצעות t-סנה, מגוון אוטומטיות וידניות קיבוץ באשכולות שיטות heatmaps, זרימה גבוהה-ממדי הרומן חלקות.
