Hier beschrijven we de high-throughput detectie en kwantificering van fucosylated menselijke melk oligosacchariden (zorgorganisaties) met behulp van een geheel-cel biosensor. We ook laten zien hier, de aanpassing van dit platform naar analyse van HMO productie stammen, gericht op het verbeteren van de signaal / ruisverhouding.
