Nous décrivons ici la détection haut débit et la quantification des oligosaccharides de lait humain fucosylées (HMO) à l’aide d’un biocapteur à germes entiers. Nous démontrons ici, l’adaptation de cette plate-forme vers l’analyse des souches de production HMO, mettant l’accent sur l’amélioration du rapport signal sur bruit.
