Detta protokoll presenterar en standardiserad metod för att odla VX2 celler i kulturen och att skapa ett ortoämne VX2 modell av endometriecancer med retroperitoneal lymfkörtel metastaser i kaniner. Ortoämnet endometriecancer modeller är viktiga för den prekliniska studien av nya Imaging modaliteter för diagnos av lymfkörteln metastaser.
