Bu protokol, kültürde VX2 hücrelerini büyütmek ve tavşanlarda retroperitoneal lenf nodu metastazı olan endometriyal kanserortopik VX2 modeli oluşturmak için standart bir yöntem sunmaktadır. Ortotopik endometriyal kanser modelleri lenf nodaz metastazı tanısı için yeni görüntüleme yöntemlerinin klinik öncesi çalışması için önemlidir.
