Das Ziel dieses Protokolls ist es, mononukleäre Zellen, die in der Lamina-Propria des Dickdarms durch enzymatische Verdauung des Gewebes mit Kollagennase leben zu isolieren. Dieses Protokoll ermöglicht die effiziente Isolierung mononukleativer Zellen, was zu einer Einzelzellsuspension führt, die wiederum für eine robuste Immunphenotypisierung verwendet werden kann.
