De ontwikkeling van een Dual-functioneel conjugaat van antigene peptide en FC-III mimetica (DCAF) is een roman voor de eliminatie van schadelijke antilichamen. Hier beschrijven we een gedetailleerd protocol voor de synthese van DCAF1 molecuul, dat selectief 4G2 antilichamen kan blokkeren om antilichaam afhankelijke verbeterings effecten te elimineren tijdens een Denguevirus infectie.
