Dieses Protokoll beschreibt detailliert, wie das Pflanzenmaterial für die Immunlokalisierung von Arabinogalactan-Proteinen und Pektinen fixiert, in ein hydrophiles Acrylharz eingebettet, geschnitten und auf Glasrutschen montiert ist. Wir zeigen, dass zellwandbezogene Epitope mit spezifischen Antikörpern nachgewiesen werden.
