Abstract

Introduction

前腰椎椎间融合术 (ALIF) 是一种对前腰椎采取腹部入路的融合手术,由 O’Brien 于 1983 年首次描述1。ALIF具有出血少、肌肉和神经损伤少、恢复腰椎前凸和减少对邻近节段性变性的影响的能力优于后腰椎椎间融合术等优点,现已广泛用于治疗腰椎滑脱、脊柱畸形、腰椎感染和退行性腰椎间盘疾病2,3.然而,该手术也可能导致并发症,例如血管、神经和输尿管损伤;早期血管损伤尤为常见,发生率为10.4%的病例4,5,6,7,8,9

Protocol
